These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website chairduct.com and the services provided by CH Air Duct Masters (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

CH Air Duct Masters provides residential air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related indoor air quality services throughout the Twin Cities Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. Service scope, pricing, and any add-ons will be confirmed prior to work being performed. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, accessibility, or system condition reasons.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Quotes provided over the phone, online, or via email are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g., additional vents, heavy contamination, inaccessible equipment). Any change in price will be communicated and approved by you before additional work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to a processing fee. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Minnesota law.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows at the time of the scheduled appointment, may be subject to a trip / dispatch fee. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, HVAC system, dryer, and vents at the time of service. Please secure pets, remove fragile items near work areas, and disclose any known system damage, asbestos, mold, or other hazards prior to the appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

CH Air Duct Masters performs work with reasonable care using standard industry practices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear in HVAC systems, ductwork, drywall, finishes, or appliances. We are not responsible for system failures that result from underlying conditions not caused by our work.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. All site content, branding, and materials are the property of CH Air Duct Masters and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
